1. YOUR SPRINT TIME (30m)

What is your sprinting ability interesting for: 

  • More than 90 % of runs in ball sports are sprints (in soccer, athletes do more than 80 sprints per game) 
  • 30 m sprint time is a common test to make comparisons between athletes possible

2. TOP SPEED (FLYING SPRINT)

Why is your maximum sprint speed relevant? 

  • Top Speed is an important benchmark for your development 
  • It is an important value to make your programming more individual and effective
  • In many sports, top speed is an important performance marker

3. EXPENSE

Why do we measure your endurance?

  • A good basic endurance allows you to handle more load. e.g.: several games in one week (tournament) 
  • Athletes with good basic endurance recover faster 
  • With better endurance you have less problems with cramps and muscle soreness 
  • Our experience shows us that people with a higher Vo2Max (an important indicator of your stamina) are better able to handle stressful situations

With the results from this test, you'll get a good profile of where you stand athletically right now and what you're capable of....

  • Identify deficit and learn what you should work on
  • Build your individual training plan 
  • Define your next goals 

How is this data measured? We use "Freelaps", a valid and accurate measurement system for these tests.
